MISSION
The Pan-American Advanced Studies Institute (PASI ) is designed to facilitate the interaction of participants from all countries in the Americas at advanced graduate and postgraduate levels. In addition to a series of lectures by prominent international speakers, the PASI will include poster sessions for the presentation of research results by junior and senior participants alike, in order to foster content-specific interactions.

Graduate students and postdoctoral fellows are encouraged to participate:  the PASI will support an estimated fifty junior researchers interested in participating in these exchanges with prominent scientists doing state-of-the-art research.  See application details below .

INVITED SPEAKERS
Prominent scientists in different areas of nanoscience and nanotechnology will give tutorial lectures in their field at the graduate student and postdoctoral level. The list of speakers is still evolving, but the current version can be found here.
