Please indicate on the form whether you are planning to present a contributed talk or poster. Note that there is a fee for publication of the abstract in the Bulletin of the American Physical Society. You must also submit your abstract, using the APS electronic abstract submission system, before March 26, 2004. See the abstracts page for details on abstract submission.
