SUBMITTING MDM PROPOSALS USING THE LATEX TEMPLATE

1. Download the template, oumdmprop.tex, and the style file, oumdmprop.sty.
   The style file needs to be in the same directory as the template. You
   can rename the .tex file if you like, but do not rename the style file.

2. Fill in the form following the directions in the template. Read the
   directions carefully! All sections should be completed. Pay attention
   to the page limit on the Scientific Justification. Pages beyond the
   limit will be discarded and not read by the TAC.

3. Process the form using latex and dvips to create a postscript or a PDF file.
   It is the proposer's responsibility to make certain that the 
   file prints correctly, including all text and figures. 

4. If you are sending postscript, compress the file, using Unix compress
   or gzip.

5. Send ONLY the PDF or compressed postscript file, as an Email ATTACHMENT, to
   statler@ohio.edu. Do not send LaTeX source or any other files.

6. Proposals must be received by the deadline in order to be given full
   consideration by the TAC. Proposals received after the deadline may or
   may not be reviewed, at the TAC's discretion.
